The human body is a beautiful system where each part has its own significance and specific job. It is our duty to nourish it properly to enhance and maintain the internal harmony of the organs, external appearance as well as the beautiful mind.

When we think about beauty, we just think about the external appearance of the body. But I think Beauty is made up of 3 aspects-

3)The beauty of mind and soul that is a happy and a positive mind.

A fit body, no doubt will consist of the beautiful soul which creates positive vibrations and attract positive energy.

But what if you are looking beautiful but suffering from diseases and a stressful life, you will fall sick very soon. How do you nourish your body then? Now here we will talk about nutrients from the diet.

 1. Beautifying the internal body-

It means nourishing our internal vital organs like Heart, liver, kidneys, stomach, skin, brain etc.

A. Heart

In order to keep your heart healthy, you should include soluble fibers in diet and omega 3 fatty acids. Apple and pear contain soluble fibers which help to reduce the formation of blockages in the heart while almonds and olive oil contain omega 3 fatty acids which are useful to carry bad cholesterol from atherosclerotic plaques to the liver.

 B. Liver –

It is the main detoxifying factory for a healthy body. In order to keep the liver healthy avoid eating processed foods, alcohol, pesticides(applied on fruits and vegetables), and over-consumption of drugs or medicines.

C. Kidneys

In order to keep kidneys healthy, stop eating excessive salt especially salted foods like chips and bakery items. It is important to keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day.

D. Stomach-

Excessive acid secreted by stomach produces lots of toxins in the body. In order to keep stomach healthy, avoid sleep deprivation, and irregular eating patterns and junk foods like pizza, burger, vada pav etc.

E. Skin-

It is the largest organ of our body. Nourish your skin with lots of fresh fruits, water, and colorful vegetables.

F. Brain-

Try to keep mind stress-free to avoid stress.

That is external appearance, our look, and personality that creates the first impression

A. Water

Water is very important to keep the skin moisturized and to flush out body toxins. One should drink at least 2-2.5 lit/day of water or about 30ml per kg body weight of water daily.

B. Apple cinnamon detox water

Ingredients
  • 1 apple medium, thinly sliced, remove seed part
  • 1 cinnamon stick. (do not take powdered cinnamon)
Procedure-
  1. Drop ingredients in the bottom of the bottle, cover with ice, then top up with water.  Keep it overnight.
  2. Drink this concoction the whole day to hydrate your body.

C. Hair pack

To clean hair mix 4 tsp of water,2tsp of apple cider vinegar,2 drops of lemon and 5 drops of essential oil, apply for 10 mins and rinse.

D. Pimples and acne face mask

Mix 1/4tsp of turmeric and 1 tsp of coriander juice. Apply to the face in the night and wash off in the morning.

E. Exercise

Diet and exercise go hand in hand. Exercise helps us to control weight, maintain a healthy metabolism and improves the functioning of vital organs thus improving our physical appearance. It also improves blood circulation to all body organs and provides nutrients to all body parts.

3. The beauty of the mind and soul

A stressful and unhappy mind cannot create a beautiful body. stress and depression can easily be seen in the mirror. It causes obesity, heart diseases, stroke, hypertension, DM etc. It also causes early aging, hair loss, pigmentation etc. It means our internal and external beauty depends on our happy mind and vice versa. To keep your mind calm n happy keep yourself surrounded by positive thinkers, indulge yourself in a hobby, try to read books, listen to music, dance, go for small trips etc

After all, beauty is loving and taking care of yourself.so, love yourself, love your body and love ur life to make it more and more beautiful say …Love your Life, so that life loves you back.
