The human body is a beautiful system where each part has its own significance and specific job. It is our duty to nourish it properly to enhance and maintain the internal harmony of the organs, external appearance as well as the beautiful mind.

1. Beautifying the internal body-
It means nourishing our internal vital organs like Heart, liver, kidneys, stomach, skin, brain etc.
In order to keep your heart healthy, you should include soluble fibers in diet and omega 3 fatty acids. Apple and pear contain soluble fibers which help to reduce the formation of blockages in the heart while almonds and olive oil contain omega 3 fatty acids which are useful to carry bad cholesterol from atherosclerotic plaques to the liver.

It is the main detoxifying factory for a healthy body. In order to keep the liver healthy avoid eating processed foods, alcohol, pesticides(applied on fruits and vegetables), and over-consumption of drugs or medicines.
In order to keep kidneys healthy, stop eating excessive salt especially salted foods like chips and bakery items. It is important to keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day.
Excessive acid secreted by stomach produces lots of toxins in the body. In order to keep stomach healthy, avoid sleep deprivation, and irregular eating patterns and junk foods like pizza, burger, vada pav etc.
It is the largest organ of our body. Nourish your skin with lots of fresh fruits, water, and colorful vegetables.

B. Apple cinnamon detox water
- 1 apple medium, thinly sliced, remove seed part
- 1 cinnamon stick. (do not take powdered cinnamon)
- Drop ingredients in the bottom of the bottle, cover with ice, then top up with water. Keep it overnight.
- Drink this concoction the whole day to hydrate your body.
C. Hair pack–
To clean hair mix 4 tsp of water,2tsp of apple cider vinegar,2 drops of lemon and 5 drops of essential oil, apply for 10 mins and rinse.
D. Pimples and acne face mask
Mix 1/4tsp of turmeric and 1 tsp of coriander juice. Apply to the face in the night and wash off in the morning.
